Tony Renta

Owner / CEO / Lead Instructor

Since early 2008, Tony has provided education in the Central Florida area to a variety of healthcare professionals. His educational background stems from the past 14 years that he has spent in the fire service as a pre-hospital paramedic. He graduated with highest honors “Sum Cum Laude” from Waldorf University with a Bachelor’s in Business  Administration. Tony was awarded the 2013 state of Florida Paramedic Instructor of the year by the Florida Association of EMS educators. Shortly after in 2013, On-Call Training Solutions was created and to date has provided instruction of over 1000 AHA courses to more than 5000 healthcare professionals. During his tenure as an American Heart Association instructor, Tony obtained and remains a Senior Training Center Faculty member with full credentials awarded by national faculty. In 2016, On-Call Training Solutions obtained training center credentials as the only public Advanced Stroke Life Support (ASLS) certification company in Central Florida

Christelle Renta

Instructor

Christelle has spent the past eleven years in medicine, specifically as a registered nurse in both the emergency and intensive care department. In 2012, Christelle completed her Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner licensure and is board certified in family practice. Christelle is an educator of various certifications and completed her undergrad degree at Florida State University and Master’s degree at South University. Christelle currently handles patient care at a local private practice.

Lindsey Broccolo

Administrative Assistant

Lindsey earned her Bachelor’s in Elementary education from the University of Central Florida. She also earned a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction during her tenure with Orange County Public Schools. Lindsey serves as the company administrative assistant handling communication, scheduling and preparatory requirements for all clients.

Rick Broccolo

Instructor

Rick has spent the past 16 years in the fire service and currently serves as a Lieutenant Paramedic. Rick holds a Bachelor’s degree from Waldorf University in fire science administration. He is also a voting member on a national fire protection agency committee. Rick is a task force rescue specialist and special operations technician. He has instructor experience  nationally and locally in the areas of technical rescue, emergency medicine and fire education. Rick holds a state of Florida instructor III and adjunct instructor credentials with Valencia Community College.

Justin Kersey

Instructor

Justin obtained his Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida just prior to entering into the fire service. He has spent the past 10 years as a transport paramedic serving as a primary pre-hospital provider. His experience has assisted him with transitioning into the educational side of emergency medicine with a focus on American Heart Association courses. Justin joined the team in 2017 and has developed into a main instructor.

Bobby Jania

Instructor

Bobby was a proud 2nd generation firefighter/paramedic for nearly 15 years.  Among other distinctions in the field of EMS and an aspiring passion for Critical Care treatment, he pursued his dream in flight medicine.  Bobby traveled the world to assist in the emergent stabilization of traumatic/ill patients and transport to specialized locations.  His achievement of obtaining his degree and AHA instructor licenses has given him the integrity driven teachings to healthcare professionals throughout the state of Florida.  When Bobby isn't in the classroom, he lives for days planning the next adventure with his children, Madison and Evan.
